Privacy

Last updated: 8 September 2026

We collect nothing. No accounts, no servers, no analytics, no ads. What you write stays on your phone, where we cannot see it.

Where your entries live

In the app's own private storage on your device, uploaded nowhere. There is no export or sync yet, so your phone holds the only copy — deleting the app deletes the journal with it.

Network

The iOS and HarmonyOS builds make no network requests at all. Fonts are bundled inside the app rather than fetched, so opening it contacts no server — including ours.

The Android build has one exception. It is installed directly rather than from a store, so nothing else can tell it when an update exists. Once a day at most it reads one small file that says which version is current. The request carries no identifier of any kind — no account, no device id, no journal content — and the app sends nothing back. It is the only network request it ever makes, and the app works exactly the same offline.

Photos

When you tap save, the app writes that page into your photo library as an image. Only when you ask. It requests permission to add photos; it does not read or browse the ones you already have.

Sharing

If you use the share button, what you chose is handed to whichever app you pick. What happens after that is governed by that app's privacy policy, not ours.

Third parties

None. No advertising, no analytics, no crash reporting, no third-party SDKs of any kind.

Children

Intended for people aged 13 and up. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 — or from anyone else, since we collect none at all.

Your rights

Since we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to disclose, correct, or delete. To erase everything, delete the app.
